We are an organization focusing on expansion opportunities for the Northern Hills region of South Dakota. We represent eight Northern Hills communities: Belle Fourche, Central City, Deadwood, Lead, Newell, Spearfish, Sturgis and Whitewood. Each area has a unique development potential, and more development means more jobs!
What can we do for you?
Northern Hills Community Development can help your business expand into the Northern Hills region with the Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program. Our cooperative efforts with the Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED), and other state and local organizations, keeps us well informed of what it takes to make your business grow!
